Start with a private draft. Add photos and review stock before choosing when it appears in the customer catalog.
1 · DraftAdd a name, category and at least one priced variant. New products start as Draft with Public catalog off. Save before uploading photos.
2 · PhotoOpen the saved product, choose and upload a photo, then Save Product to apply it to the catalog. Photos are optional; missing images show No photo available.
3 · StockReview each variant in Quick Restock. Enter only quantities you actually have. Opening stock review does not receive or change anything.
4 · PublishWhen ready, review Status, Public catalog and Available, then Save Product. Category, variant and member-access rules still apply.
Use HTTPS or a same-site path. Invalid image URLs are rejected; failed images fall back to readable product text.

AHA exploration media
Add up to eight ordered HTTPS images. Choose one primary image. Portrait, square, landscape, transparent, ordinary-background, and missing-image states can all be evaluated safely.
Available is a catalog setting, not a stock receipt. Tracked variants use their inventory balance; untracked variants keep the existing manual availability rules. Review real stock before publishing. Saving a draft does not publish it.
